Dave Roy

Dave brings his 36+ years of experience and service in the transit industry to lead the business.
His focus has always been customer relationships built on trust and service.
Dave’s personal integrity, honesty and work ethic drive the business using a common sense approach.
His commitment to objectives ensures the business delivers on each and every promise.
Dave has enjoyed a successful career in the Bus and Rail Industry.
He served 18 years with a large bus manufacturer with experience ranging from prototype development to mass production.
He spent 5 years with a large passenger rail car manufacturer as lead of one of seven business units in North America. In those five years, he was responsible for all budgeting, strategy, ROI, execution and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of success.
His project management skills were utilized in opening new plants, successfully implementing a SAP software implementation, documenting new process controls and for strategic growth planning.
Dave’s leadership style empowers his employees to have complete ownership of their responsibilities.
This ownership allows his teams to create success.
He tells his teams to stand up for themselves and what they believe in.
Dave is a people person with compassion and common sense for all aspects of business and is comfortable with all levels of people in all positions.

Mike Roy

Mike’s career began in 1997 as an Application Engineer in the CNC Machine Tool Industry. After quickly gaining valuable experience, he recognized a longer term opportunity with a multinational component manufacturer of Factory Automation and Work / Tool Holding equipment. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to develop the business strategy for profitable growth and soon the first Canadian office was opened. Through his passion and devotion to build the brand, the company was soon well established across Canada. Mike took a vision and made it reality through sound strategy and strategic development. His focus on customer service and customer relationships were the backbone to the teams’ success and continuous growth. Mike enjoys working with people who are made up of honesty, integrity, hustle, passion and who have a strong commitment to what they do.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with family. He can be found at the local rink or ball diamond coaching or cheering on his kids who participate in hockey, baseball and gymnastics. Golf and fishing are also his past times.
Mike is a self-motivated entrepreneurial individual who is always looking for opportunity to build the business and is a welcomed addition to our Natsco Team.

Todd Coulter

Todd possesses a Mechanical Engineering background in Transit Manufacturing and Service Industry. He has successfully managed and grown an After Market division in the Rail Industry over a 7 year period.
With 18 + years in the Transit industry, Todd has gained valuable experiences working with Transit Authorities and with this, he has also developed many long lasting relationships with his customer base over the years.
Managing operations and most recently managing and directing the Project Management & Engineering groups, Todd’s focus emphasises on value added product development along with customer specific solutions.

Chris Kreuter

Chris started in the transit industry in 2005, gaining valuable experience working with three industry-leading manufacturers:
Kawasaki Rail Car, Bombardier Transportation, and Frauscher Sensor Technology.
He earned a B.S. in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and has brought a variety of engineering skills to many aspects of the rail industry:
Production engineering, RAMS, quality assurance & control, warranty & aftermarket support, technical sales, and operations.
His experience with rail vehicles and train detection technology is a welcomed addition to the Natsco family.
Chris is based in New Jersey, and is dedicated to sales and business development across the US.
In his spare time, Chris spends time with family, writes books, and plays hockey.

Rob Medeiros

Rob has over 25 years of experience in the transit industry aftermarket, 21 of those were with Daimler Bus (formerly Orion) He also spent 4 years in passenger rail with Bombardier.
Rob has also held several key roles in Logistics and Warehousing, Purchasing, Customer Service Bids & Quotes.
Rob is a very focused team leader, results driven and highly motivated with key strengths of establishing and maintaining long term customer and vendor relationships.

Dave Maginess

Dave brings over 15 years of experience within the Transit Bus Industry. As Natsco’s Manager of Sales & Customer Service, his focus is on taking care of all our customers’ needs from sourcing through to warranty. He keeps a focus on customer satisfaction while helping to manage sales in Canada & USA, coast to coast.

Brenda Tym

Brenda comes to Natsco with over 32 years experience in public transit. Starting in 1987, Brenda’s career has included various roles in Finance at Ontario Bus Industries, Parts Enroute, Daimler Bus, and Bombardier. Her vast experiences is proving to be a welcomed and valuable asset to our Natsco Team

Sean Haymond

Sean brings with him 20+ years of experience in the Transportation Industry. Specializing within the Transit Field with a focus on Sales and Business Development, his passion is building relationships. His commitment to this and his wide knowledge has allowed him to excel throughout his career. Sean’s extensive Bus knowledge includes Sales of New & Used Transit Buses, Bid Specifications, Warranty Implementation and Retrofit Solutions.
He is solution focused with an objective of exceeding every customer expectation. He guides every action with respect, honesty and integrity.

Paul Mitchell

Paul has 33 years of experience in the public transit industry with 29 of those at Daimler Bus Ind. where he held management positions in Production, Customer Service, New Product Development and Logistics
Over the last several years as our Field Service Manager at Natsco, Paul’s focus continues to be co-ordinating service contract agreements for implementation of product upgrades on rail and bus.
Important strengths that Paul brings to us is that he is a people person who has developed a reputation for working together with our customers to provide alternate solutions to the heavy day to day demands for labour requirements.

Scott Kramer

With two decades of experience with the US Army, including time as a diesel mechanic, Scott brings technical expertise and leadership to Natsco US. He’s in charge of our Buffalo warehouse, and leads initiatives for some of our labor service projects.

Jackie Smith

Jackie brings 13 years experience in the Transit Manufacturing and After-Market Industries.
At Bombardier in Production Control, Purchasing and Planning.
During this time, she also played an integral role in SAP software implementation supporting After Market and Production business expertise for Purchasing.
She also brings 20 plus years with a background in accounting and admin. for mid sized business set up, training and maintaining operating systems software.

Marvin McMahon

Marvin brings over 30 years experience in the industry. Starting in the assembly process holding various positions on his way to being a purchasing agent as well as other key roles in the purchasing department with Daimler (formerly Orion). Also held key positions in OEM and After Market departments – Material Control/Scheduling, Sourcing and Procurement.
At Natsco, his focus in sourcing alternate vendors and cost reduction. Working these various positions has allowed Marvin to obtain a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors within the transit industry.
Marvin is a focused team player, motivates his coworkers to also stay focused to ensure the tasks are completed and on time.

Jeff Seeds

Jeff joins Natsco after 15 years in the Tech Industry. He comes with a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Business Management and Marketing. Jeff also spent 2 years in the Mechanical Engineering Program at Sheridan College. Jeff is a welcomed addition to the Natsco Team where his primary focus will be Sole Sourcing & New Product Development.

Gareth Gregory

Gareth joined Natsco as one of our On-Site Technicians servicing both commissioned and
non-commissioned rail vehicles for Natsco customers.
Now as our new Customer Service Representative, Gareth will continue to deliver exceptional front line service and experiences for our clientele and brand in the future.

Nicole Roy

Nicole joins Natsco with over 10 years experience in an analytical background, Nicole’s contributions are welcomed and her main focus is to support processes for all staff administrative activities as well as requirements throughout concept and implementation of new related projects.

Paul Deserres

Paul comes to Natsco with more than 30 years experience in Warehousing & Logistics at both Daimler Buses of North America and Neopart Canada.
As Warehouse Supervisor Paul’s experience in providing daily material requirements to production lines, Inventory Management and Supply Chain Logistics he comes as a welcomed asset to Natsco.

Humberto Benitez

Humberto brings 35 + years of Production Management/Supervisory experience to Natsco.
This time was spent in the area of automotive manufacturing with Daimler Bus ( Formerly Orion Bus )
Experienced in Root Cause Analysis as well as being accountable for managing and directing production
work flow activities has proven to be a definite asset.
Humberto is a welcomed member of the Natsco Team.

Ibrahim Koroma

Ibrahim handles field service projects on behalf of Natsco and the INPS Group. He joined Natsco in 2020 after spending the previous five years with the Union Pacific Railroad. He brings a wide variety of rail experience to us, with a dedication for safety and training.

Nancy Palin

Nancy joined Natsco with over 30 years in the transportation industry holding roles in admin, finance and customer service. She’s a strong believes that teamwork can overcome the majority of obstacles, and that a keen eye for detail results in success within todays “just in time” philosophy.
In her spare time she enjoys Pickleball, Camping, and spending time with family & friends.

Heather McNulty

Heather comes to Natsco with over 30 years of customer service experience. She brings a team-player mentality, and focuses on ensuring our customers come first. She strives to ensure customers are pleased with the quality and value of our products & services.
In her spare time she enjoys curling, disc golf, and spending time with her family & friends.

Craig has spent over 40 years of experience in the transit industry with several major Bus Manufacturer and Parts Distribution Companies.
Flyer Industries – Production, NPD, Service Group, Parts Sales Manager,
Target Transit Supply Inc. – President,
Muncie/Baker Transit Supply – Executive VP & GM,
New Flyer Industries LLC – Parts Sales Manager
Also held several senior positions in Inventory Management and New Product Development.

Brian Brinkmann

As a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional, Brian brings over 30 years of experience in overseeing large-scale overhaul and maintenance programs for rail freight and passenger cars.
He has an extensive procurement network, covering rail, bus and telecommunications.
Brian’s key areas of focus are projects.
